As I promised myself, I stuck with my weekly goals and have been staying completely keto and hitting the gym hard. My only problem is I can't seem to lose the darn belly flab. I've had it since I had both of my children 23 and 28 years ago. After the gym I feel sore the next day everywhere but my belly. I try different ab exercises and it just stays there.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Have you tried pilates or belly dancing to tone up the belly? I did pilates a while back and it helped when I was younger. I am currently trying a diet called the A List diet. It is similiar to keto and atkins I think. So far it's been really slow for me. I haven't been exercising because am trying to get weight off before stressing my joints. Have you been eating fish? The diet I am on says it's very important for women over 40 yrs to eat a lot of fish. I hope that you see progress soon and get the results you want.

Thank you petitewtloss no I haven't tried Pilates or belly dancing, however belly dancing sounds fun. Yes, I eat lots of fish, I am not picky when it comes to which type. Someone also suggested I try reverse sit-ups. I'm willing to try what ever it takes. Thank you for your suggestions. Best of luck to you on your journey.

Don't you just wish you could wish the fat away from particular locations?? It is so unfair where is decides to settle... And leave. Like I have a couple places that get smaller and smaller.... "No stop! Not there! Dont take it from there..." It sure isn't easy. Good luck!

Thank you for the encouragement Pippster Bridget. I am about 2 1/2 months in but have about 13 months to go if I continue at the same rate.
