Yeah! Finally broke thru the 166 plateau. How I ate at a barbeque yesterday & STILL ended up dropping close to a pound is a mystery. But I'll take it! =-D
165.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
