I guess yesterday will be my cheat day. 165% of my RDI. This included a small Wendy's frosty and a junior bacon cheeseburger and 1 nugget (which I decided wasn't worth it taste wise) and gave the rest away. I almost went for ice cream last night too but made it. Today my fast is until 6pm tonight - Had my breakfast this morning but know its going to be a tough week. I need to keep it all dialed in at 1300 RDI. I really really really want to see the underside of 120 by the end of the week. That will give me a month to lose 5 lbs before Metallica and the San Fransisco Symphony... so excited. 3 weeks of no alcohol complete and 37 days to go!
