Got to make sure that I don't go overboard now that I am on OWL. The berries I am allowed are too darn good! And I've been allowing myself a glass of wine or a lite beer now and then. Up and down, up and down. Maybe if I kick up the exercise, or limit the fruit....maybe I'll get that last 7 or so pounds off!
