Pippster Bridget's Journal, 30 July 2019

I've been following my keto diet as well as doing intermittent fasting between 16 and 18 hours a day (only eating between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm). I've increased my water intake, especially since it's been so hot here in So Cal. I've been in the gym daily on my lunch hour and work my abs when I get home in the evenings. I'm starting to notice the difference in my clothing again, and so are others. That makes me happy. I am cancer free now and want to do everything in my power to stay that way. I believe staying healthy and stress free will help. Yes, I know I will encounter obstacles, but I just need to keep moving forward and over come any adversities that come my way! Remember, stay strong and positive. You got this!!!!
171.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
