My first gain - but I am doing everything right so its just a matter of time :)
123.4 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2145 kcal Fat: 87.42g | Prot: 148.94g | Carb: 189.42g.   Breakfast: Great Value Skim Milk, Fat Free Sour Cream, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Fried Egg. Lunch: Wendy's 4 Piece Chicken Nuggets (Kids’ Meal), Wendy's Chocolate Frosty (Small), Wendy's Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. Dinner: Cooked Vegetables (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Pork Chop. Snacks/Other: Heineken Alcohol Free Beer, Hard-Boiled Egg, Bananas. more...
