Recording here again for grins. Been spending most of my time at MyFitnessPal due to a much better food search and whatnot.

Went up, I got super lax on my diet and with the arrival of winter and me not riding my bike, I balooned up.

Either way, back to my old friend P90X for 90-days to kick-start my fitness levels for spring cycling.

Also, finally quit smoking, switched to an e-cig and it's wonderful, and also a means to an end.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
