While I'm not exactly following the diet, I am using it as a guide and definitely see a difference the more closely I adhere to it. I was stuck at 115 for a while, but finally admitted to myself that binge eating cheerios while watching tv at night wasn't so harmless. The first day after I skipped my nightly cheerios, I was down 2 lbs! I had a big dinner out last night, so today's weigh in was higher, but I'm excited to see some progress.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
