I had a good week. This week I hope will be great because I can do my weight lifting again, released as of Wednesday the 31st after cataract surgery. And I can see! That means I've done more cleaning this week, seeing what wasn't getting attention....
124.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
