Haven't been here in a while. I am making pretty good progress even though my body is physically limited in what kind of exercise I can do. My rotator hasn't been itself for a few months now following an ill advised pickup football game. My knee continues to plague me with phantom pains whenever I play basketball (not too bad anymore). So, even though, I am a bit handicapped with how hard I can exert myself, I have made progress I am happy about. I am almost to my target weight. I put 202 but I'm sure its more like 205 because I celebrated 202 with a vigor unmatched at the chinese buffet the other day :( :( :( Way to go!
Nothing feels great like still feeling fat at my low weight after downing plate after plate of god knows how unhealthy chinese mish mash.
Bumps aside, my new diet kicks butt. I'll see if there is an option for it in the diet section. More to come maybe later :)
