Thanks! I wonder how long this pace will keep up, though. The first week always goes well and then it gets harder. I have to keep reminding myself this is a lifestyle change and not just a diet to lose weight.

Yeah it's hard not to compare but everyone's body is different and it isn't a competition. We each rock in different areas. You've been rocking on the exercise Donna!

I second that Steph! Everyone has been doing great in their own ways. Donna has been increasing her water and doing great with exercising, Stephanie has been doing great with her food consumption and staying positive. And it's not a competition either. Plus, we all have the same end goal in sight. That is what helps us motivate one another!
