happy Friday. still chugging along lol. however have found a new favourite food combo... celery and PNB. yummy. this weekend I plan on making some ginger lemon water to drink at night when I get home from work. what harm can trying it out do? hope everyone has a safe and happy weekend. may your meals be delicious and the scale be kind. 😁
