I am a quarter of the way through a no drinking for 60 days program. Used food as a substitute for the first quarter. The next quarter will be increasing my water consumption to 3 L of water daily minimum. And starting my beginner coach for fasting. Included in this will be me doing my daily best at orange theory and no more caffeine after 3pm in hopes to eventually go on a no coffee sabbatical for the last 15 days as well as starting stairs at the gym again.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
