Tonight celebrate Emma's 7th birthday at Pizza King. Had two slices of pizza, 3/4 of a bread stick with cheese sauce and a medium sprite with one refill. I also had one slice of cake with one scoop of ice cream.
ON 8/6/10 I transposed some of my numbers. I weighed 253.5
