I got on the scale after my work out this morning and felt like I lost a pound. Come to find out I lost 3 lbs. I have finally joined the 230's club... 220's here I come. :)
237.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
