Didn't eat enough yesterday but all on plan food. Don't plan on weighing tomorrow because of birthday get-to-gether with friends, but do plan to eat on plan as much as possible. Contemplating a glass of wine or a light beer, or even diet 7up if they have it---than again water is always good.
Sleep has become as issue again, tried magnesium and 5-htp but tossed and turned all night---feel yuk.
