down to one meal a day.. but I barely move either... so I think 1 meal is decent for the amount of activity I do.. if I end up getting off the couch that day, I eat more... so really my food is all dependent on the activity.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
