Weird my roommate Amber keeps having me do a weight at odd times of day. At 1:14 am I Weighed 172.2.
I am going to try to stick to 1 time a day. It is distressing to see more up and downs.
172.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh in the morning after I pee with no clothing on. I think the most important thing is to weigh at the same time so that it is consistent. Sometimes I get a little obsessive and I will wake up at 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom and will weigh myself and be totally disappointed but then reweigh at 6 a.m. and have lost a couple pounds. I don't know why she is telling you to weigh at crazy times. I mean- I have a ton of ups and downs even when my weighing routine is the same- that's just how it is. Every day isn't a loss so I wouldn't want to make it worse. You can do it! Stick with it! The scale numbers aren't all that matters.

Thanks. I have decided not to do that to myself anymore. I think she is board with her husband on the road. She gets lonely and wants to be part of someone elses life. He will be home on August 2. I think I am looking forwad to his return almost as much as she is. She is a very sweet person just lonely and I can not fill that void. Although she looks to me as a mom due to the age difference once in a while she wants to take over something. I love her like a daughter and know she is at a low spot in her life. Take care.
