Well, I wont complain but I am confused a bit. I didn't really do anything different yesterday but I stepped on the scale and was down 2 pounds. I am not going to stress the weight drop. I maybe just had a weight shift. Today is a new start.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 176.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
