Been very busy all day. I thought I better get my weigh in posted. I didn't find a moment earlier to do so. lol Hopefully my weight is on a slow decline. Looking forward to getting down to the 160's.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
