Feeling some better, still a bit weak but am up doing a few things to gain it back. My stomach still feels a bit iffy just taking it slow. Hope all you are well and doing your diet and workouts.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
