Well I am going to weigh back in tomarrow since my meeting is tomarrow night. I will probably only lose 1 pound at my meeting this week. I am looking at it well 1 pound lost is better the 1 pound gained. I am making the choices I feel is best and that is really all I can do. When I mess up I pick myself up and start over because we all have days like that and this is a life style change not a quick fix.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
