Haven’t been to the gym this week. Just eating well and dropping the water weight from last weekend’s binge fest. Hitting the plan to 199 hard starting Monday.
214.3 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
