Good still in the 170's. Baby steps are best anyway. Easier to keep off.
My son is doing realy well, he still has his stiches in. U don't think it will leave any bad scars.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
