Yesterday was workout #5 of July, #3 official at gym, #62 of 2019. Almost no pain in left hamstring, which was heavily wrapped. Some tightness. Still limited mobility on it and I could strain it fairly easily, I bet, so stay careful.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
