早餐 烤山雞😍配豆干 便當菜一盒
便當菜 一定有
2份綠色蔬菜 1份蛋類 1份瓜類

下午茶 吃鬆餅包奶油乳酪1/4份
冰淇淋一口 杏仁奶一大杯
仙女紅茶一瓶 優格配堅果半杯
晚餐外出吃原味火鍋 😊

👑晚上悄悄報到了 難怪最近胸口漲
+諾麗果粉 沒運動 從台中回來後
腳沒一天舒服過 每天都站著工作
所以腳底板 小腿爆酸阿
