It happens! Now make sure to take note of why it happened. Put it in your journal or here or somewhere so you can remember: I was bored/sad/too little water/too little protein etc etc. If you can, figure out your triggers, then work to avoid them from there. (I had to avoid certain stores and certain areas of stores until I was in the practice of not buying candy for my binges.) You got this!

I bought 85% dark chocolate. 2 squares is good and I let it melt in my mouth to get rid of sweet craving. If not I would be heading to the vending machine.
