started intermittent fasting, seems to be working! 16/8 no cravings and feeling quite full!
P/S also doing ShaunT Insanity and my centimetres are dropping, feel so good, am committed to going all the way 60days! though its an absolute killer, miss it if I don't, am on day 23 now, wish me luck!
