Another suck day....I was doing good and then dinner time happened...kids and I always go out to dinner...so of to treed robin we go....and I think I'm doing good and I pack up half my good...but it's no good when you order buffalo chicken tenders with fries....could have replaced the fries with broccoli....could have asked for fat free ranch...could gave done a lot of things better or different but I didn't...so I went over on my calories AGAIN =( so today is special K shakes and fruit until dinner
188.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
