I'm back on track and it feels good. I'm skipping the wine, eating healthy food, sleeping better, working out, and really am seeing changes in my body since I began working on my weight again after Thanksgiving. The New Year with its promise of a new start helped too, and our FatSecret challenge group is an inspiration and a prod that brings me back when I stray. Thank you, all!
