another weekend gone by way too quickly. right now I am preparing for another very hot work week. I have done some research on the medication I am currently on and a couple do have heat sensitivity related to them. which is a double whammy as I have been sensitive to the heat since I can remember. so with this in mind I've been looking up recipes for diy sports drinks. I did find a few that look simple to make so I may give them a whirl, as I can not stand Gatorade or any of those type drinks. as for my weight.. I knew those 128 numbers were a fluke. oh well I will be perfectly satisfied with a 1/2 lb a week. 😊 hope everyone has a safe and happy Monday.
