I would like to start today with watching my calorie intake and documenting my workouts. I have been working out for two months and not being vigilant with this app. I am gaining muscle so that’s why my weight is going up. Hoping by watching and lowering my calorie intake I will start to lose.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
