I enjoyed pork chops last night. My weight generally lifts on a Monday but enjoy a chocolate and a pork chop helps me stay focused during the week. It’s a new week, let’s DO THIS!
218.9 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
