For last 2 months, I’ve been very emotionally unstable and couldn’t work out at all. But I’ve also eaten healthy meals. Not sure this weight loss is healthy or unhealthy, or just a water weight but I just keep going.
120.3 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
