What weight increasing decreasing .also had leaft cycle for few days only i rmember 06thjuly i eat more chicken in some sister daugher birdhday chicken then stressfull week inspite of having sparce foold if weight increases .other people of 20s or late teens kept eating still they remain slim reasonably some get fatty after 20s .very dificult to maintain weight and fitness.Just few casual days and you gain weight .as evident from my 2015 data since i left cycling my weight increased 3kg per month or so.it was 65 km on july 2015 and 71 kg i reached on january 2016 then i reached 81 kg in march 2017 . And i was 71.9 or so in july 2018 and ever since i tried to maintain weight it nearly sam since july 2018 .the weight gain was attributed by the fact that i was having twice the amount of food forcefully by my cousin sister who prepared more of boiled rice and served more than i take and by having those for over 1 years and half my weight increased drastically 10 kg i gained due to that and sedentary work nothing .
So in my case i have to exercise nealry everday to maintain weight can't believe having so less food and still gainig weight what is happening.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.7 lb a week
