我已經回到一年前的體重了
這半年好恐怖喔!😢
我不想再回去80公斤阿😣
要開始客制不吃精緻澱粉啦😭
早上吃安全牌 但超過9點了

中午老公買了我的便當
但是我完全吃不下了,只能當晚餐
客制不吃瑪芬🔥還有兩顆沒消滅😡

飲品 杏仁奶一杯 無糖紅茶一大壺
水當然3000起UP
