Good for you. Glad to see you consuming alot more than your usual 600 calories. Keep on pushing

Try some healthy fats, woolworths peanut butter (no sugar), avocado, raw cashew or almond nuts, full cream cottage cheese, double cream yogurt. Pitted dates also a winner to increase calories.

Okay will gget pitted dates and nuts.. Avo for some reason makes me acidy so i cut that but will get peanut butter also

I dont know why im struggling to eat more even my throat is sore tonight.. But i will get those things..
