Day 5 of no alcohol.

Eating lots of fruits and veg to curb sugar cravings. Also skipping my coffee at work so I can sleep better at night - worked yesterday but was so groggy at work. Much more hydrated today than yesterday - hoping for a loss soon but my diet is not as strict as it should be right now.

Gym time is going really well. enjoying incline on the treadmill instead of going faster. finding it easier on my body.

Motivated for a lifestyle change this time and realize that it may not be immediate but I can hang in there.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It gets easier as the days go by. I cut alcohol intake to 2 beers on Sunday (which may go up to 4 for Football) but within a 2200 calorie day. With some sort of exercise during the day. Is the caloric burn for the incline as high as 'going faster'? What i'm doing right now is intervals where I walk for 2 minutes at 4.0, run at 6.5 for slightly over a minute till the eight minute where I interval walking and running every minute. However, if the burn for the incline was greater than that I'd absolutely give it a shot.
