Well i satisfied my craving for spaghetti yesterday...up a pound, must likely it should drop off end of week. last time I did this , which trust me is not often. it shook my system up and dropped at end of week. I was still fine on my calories I did not go over, I think carbs just suck.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
