I'm a pensioner n not up to much physical exercise.. apart from walking & swimming but the pool is too expensive for me to use here!

Yes it can be expensive. I’m doing Pilates and I do a lot of walking too. You’ve done really well to get to your goal weight, do you have any tips?

Cut out bread, potatoes, rice, pasta etc completely n cut right down on all sugar products.. lot of walking! That's basically it! Oh & root vegetables!

I already do.. apart from the sweet corn because of the sugar.. but I might start having a tiny bit of it.. I have to be really careful with sugar and salt..as high blood pressure n a while ago I was threatened with diabetes!
