24 grams of fiber today! Thank you, Amy's Light and Lean Quinoa and Black Beans with Butternut Squash and Chard for helping me get there! I didn't weight in today because the battery was dead in my scales. It takes one of those button batteries, and I never have the right one on hand. I think they make a different size for every product just to make life difficult.
I'm off the wine again (so important for weight loss), so I allowed myself to ease the pain, just for today and yesterday, with Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream. I still came in well below my RDI, and will buy no more of it.
