Highly motivated people can accomplish amazing things!! Holy smokes I might actually pull this off by tomorrow. Things I changed since my frustrated rant a few days ago: -Increased water intake -No alcohol (I typically have a glass or two of wine per night) -No meals after 6pm -Went from 30 minute cardio sessions to 45 minute cardio sessions -AM fasted cardio -Started taking supplement I found at target that is supposed to boost metabolism while you sleep
Seems like a great combination!! Let’s see if we can get into the 209’s tomorrow!!
