overall trending down...have to watch snacking...
220.9 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 40.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week

You can do this! Water. :) It is hard to stay away from snacks but the rewards are greater. Have a great day!

Eat when you're hungry, stop when satisfied. That sounds like such a "duh" thing but it really works!
