what the scale read today. mood is still down so I'll be battling the desire for comfort food. chips, chocolate and lactose free icecream - not just a serving size but the whole container. no other food will appeal to me in this state. ☹️

I totally understand that feeling! When I was going thru my binge eating recovery process, I did worksheets in between therapy visits. I also listened to guided meditations. You will find the tools that work for you :)

Thank you for the information. I have mood chart that I fill out daily. To ensure that my mood remains stable. Keeping track of food is an add on to that.
