Normal fluctuation for me
214.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2389 kcal Fat: 112.35g | Prot: 122.69g | Carb: 215.53g.   Breakfast: Starbucks Nonfat Caffe Latte (Tall), Kroger Everything Bagel (104g), Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese. Lunch: HEB Sashimi , Caesar Salad with Romaine, Au Bon Pain Tuna Melt. Dinner: Heinz Ketchup Packet , Archer Farms Garlic Aioli, Sunbeam Hamburger Bun, Fried Chicken Breast No Coating (Skin Eaten), McDonald's French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other: Butter , Sour Dough Bread. more...
