I started gaining weight after my fiancée broke up with me. The break up was extremely hard and I went through some dark times. I’ve been truly happy again these past couple months, but looked in the mirror and wasn’t happy with the weight that I’ve gained. So starting today I’m going to get back on track with my previous healthy lifestyle and be the completely stronger more self confident woman I am today because of the break up.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
