Yesterday's utter disappointment in myself and how far I have fallen in my quest to lose weight kick-started a a good re-beginning!
Drank a lot of water and walk a bit but can I re-commit? I'm saying yes!
296.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 106.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
