Long time ago a professor once said "nothing can be perfect" hence giving me a 3.9 grade vs. 4.0 which is perfect. Know what shes right, if you achieved perfection there would no longer be anything to strive for considering this is going to be a life long change that will evolve as I move on, my goal weight is an objective not a final destination. I may get there, but that is not the end....you have to keep it off now...EVOLUTION
219.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
