yay it's going down again!! :) I attribute it to eating more vegetables & no 'bakery items' in the last 2 days. It's a little difficult not to eat them, because I do crave them, but I need to have will power. :)
267.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.1 lb a week
