Kinda an down and up week. Still happy though I am overall down for the week 3.6lbs. I had some issues earlier in the week with water. I also didn't allow my fasting time. My energy level picked up right off. And a lot less brain fog. I do think I did go into a bit of a keto flu also mid week a couple days. My aches had also pretty much disappeared and also returned mid week still having some back knee are pain if standing for a period of time and the lower back pain. Can't wait to see doc on the 11th and get some blood work and urine sample done and go from there. But learned a lot in my first week and that is a huge big that's to this sight and some of you. Debbie Cousins a huge thank you. Now on to week 2.
286.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 141.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
